MARY LOU and her sister Emma have been raised here at THS since they were puppies...you know how black dogs sometimes get passed over on adoption days? Well, Mary Lou is pretty timid so people just walk by and never stop to take the time to meet her. Mary Lou is shy and she is low energy. NOT that she wouldn't like to go for a nice walk with you - but she isn't going to be bounding around the house knocking over your knickknacks. This is a happy thing. She will be content to sit on the sofa with you watching re-runs of the Housewives of Orange County and eating treats. Obviously MaryLou could lose a few pounds....maybe a few more walks and fewer biscuits are in her future? MaryLou would be an EXCELLENT dog for a senior or a family with very small children. We just know there is a family who would love a girl just like our MaryLou. She is about 2 years old. If you are interested in adopting this dog please give us a call. We know each of the animals entrusted to our care by name and we will be happy to tell you all about the personality and little quirks that make each animal so loved. Our adoption fee for a dog is $100 and that covers all shots and vetting and spay/neuter. Our animals are fully vetted before we send them off to their new family.
